Have you ever wondered what it takes to become a Psychic Source advisor?  

 

I manage our in-house advisor team. I’ve taken my experiences as a psychic and tarot reader and coupled it with my professional background in Psychology to help me further develop the rigorous process of understanding if a potential advisor has what it takes to be a member of the Psychic Source community.

 

Customers often ask how us how we choose the many gifted readers on our service.  It’s evolved since Psychic Source’s inception in 1989 and with each interview it only gets better.  For the curious, I’d like to share our method of how we bring the best advisors to your phone.

 

“Quality over Quantity” that is our stance at Psychic Source. We take our Psychic hiring process seriously – all to ensure that our customers have access to the best professionals in the business. Every day we receive a stream of resumes, emails, phone calls and other inquiries from readers all over the country and some from around the world. Only a select few readers will make the cut. In fact, only one out of every one hundred applicants will actually become a Psychic Source advisor. 

  

Here’s how it works. 

Questionnaire: Like any business, we want to know as much as possible about our applicants.  We ask each applicant to complete a lengthy questionnaire about their psychic abilities, prior experience, professional development and other questions that provide deeper insight into their abilities, experience and personality.

  

Employee Reading Interviews: If the responses meet our standards, the applicant will go through three interviews with Psychic Source staff members.   Everyone gets involved with the process!  Folks from customer service, marketing, and even accounting take part in the process to guarantee that only top quality advisors become a part of our community.

 

Advisor Reading Interviews:  If the potential advisor has what it takes, we’ll ask him or her to go on to a reading interview with one of our top advisors. This has proven to be an effective way of measuring ability and fit. This advisor to advisor connection also offers the potential advisor the opportunity to learn first hand what it is like to be a Psychic Source advisor.  If all interviewing parties are satisfied and comfortable, then the applicant is asked to join our team!  

 

The evaluation process never ends – even once an advisor becomes part of our community. Quality is important to me and my team assesses advisor performance on an ongoing basis. If an advisor is not meeting our expectations, we will not hesitate to address the issue at hand. This process is a part of our commitment to changing the ‘phone reading’ industry and it is what makes Psychic Source unique from other psychic reading services.
