Introducing Call Back! A Better Way To Reach Your Favorite Psychic Source Advisor!

As Tom Petty once sang, “The Waiting is the Hardest Part.” This is especially true when you have major questions or drama in life that simply can’t wait another minute, let alone the hours or days it might take to get in touch with your favorite reader.  Even though I work at Psychic Source, if I want to get a reading with those who are the hardest to reach I have to get in line with everyone else, push buttons and hope that I will hear, “we’re connecting you now with…”  So, I feel your pain!  

 

Which is why we are so absolutely thrilled to announce the arrival of a new feature that will eliminate the daunting task of pushing buttons and hoping for the best; CALL BACK is here! You can stop punching 7-X-X-X into your phone over and over, because Call Back gives you the option to get into an advisor’s waiting list.  

 

Think about it…you can put that phone down and read a book, load the dishwasher, get in some meditation time, watch Grey’s or Soprano re-runs, anything you want, and know that you are in  line, soon to get a Call Back and be connected with your favorite advisor.

 

Here’s how Call Back works…

 

If your favorite advisor is on another call or not logged on the service, after you hear his/her greeting, you’ll receive the option to set up a Call Back request.  This will put you in the advisor’s queue (waiting list); the system will announce your number in the queue and your approximate wait time. When it’s your turn, the system calls you back and connects you with the advisor. It’s that easy. And it’s Free!  

 

Once you set up your Call Back request, you can review or modify your request - just go to the Crossroads menu & press 4 for Account Management options.

 

Here are a few important things you should know:

·         To receive a Call Back be sure that you have at least 3 minutes on your account.

·         Make one Call Back request at a time. You may set up another one after your first request is completed or canceled.

·         You can see how many members are on an advisor’s waiting list by visiting the Psychics Available Now page on PsychicSource.com.

·         If you have Call Block or Call Intercept activated on your phone our system can’t dial through.  Please turn off Call Block or Call Intercept during your Call Back request period.
