Even though we’ve been in business for nearly 20 years, Psychic Source is really nothing without our valued customers. The blog you are currently reading was created as a way for us to communicate some of the new, exciting, and behind the scenes activities that take place here such as expert schedule changes, new psychic advisors, special events, and more. We also try to balance that with some fun and informative articles relating to the psychic arts, karma, meditation, and more too.

However, this blog would not exist if not for you, the loyal fans and customers of Psychic Source. And we really do want to hear from you. Tell us what you like; even tell us what you might not like, so we can try to improve. Give us suggestions for topics to discuss, or if you have questions for specific advisors, we will pass them along and try to get answers. We just want to assure you, that ALL comments or e-mails sent to the blog are read by a human being, you will never get an automated “Thank you for your feedback” reply. We will either take the time to personally respond, or even address your comments as a post directly on the blog! As a matter of fact, more than one of the topics posted below came about as comments or suggestions from readers.

There are two easy ways to contact us. Below any post, you will see a section labeled “Comments.” You can respond directly to a topic, and we will post your comment right on the blog. (And if you want to remain anonymous, you can so no worries).  Or if you prefer to make a general comment or suggestion, simply click the “Contact Us” link that is at the upper right corner of the Blog header, and fill out the simple form. An e-mail will be sent to us, and we will respond if appropriate, or you’ll see your message as a future blog post (and yes, we’ll let everyone know you came up with the idea if you would like!)

So, we just wanted to thank everyone who reads this blog, and encourage your participation in providing us with comments and suggestions to make it even better in the future.

The blogs are really neat and easy to use for someone who doesn't have much experience on the web - yet!  All of the psychics I've talked to here are really fantastic and offer great insight - and I'm not easy to please.

What about revamping the testimonials section so that customers' feedback is arranged by advisor rather than chronological order?  Maybe tie it into the directory somehow so that a customer could click on the advisor's name and leave feedback or read the feedback of others without having to scroll through pages of other advisors' feedback?

Susan - This is Marc from Psychic Source. I want to thank you for your comment, and let you know that we are actually working on just what you suggested. I can't say how soon it will be ready to launch on the website, but rest assured, we are already in the process of making this a reality. Please keep checking back and if I hear anything about it more definite, I'll update the blog as well.

It would be nice if more customers would post about their experiences and favourite advisors. I feel there are many advisors that are under rated. I have been a psychic source customer for  two years and I have found Alornia, Therese (who else!), Mazie, and Moira to be the most accurate for me. Also, the customer service is just awesome! What a great service.

How about posting the "published" advisor schedule by day in addition to by advisor?  For example, who is scheduleded to be available on Sunday?  My schedule is erratic and knowing who is tentatively available on any given day makes it easier to fit a reading into my day (or evening)!

I have been a member of psychic source for almost 5 years now.  There are a number of exceptional readers. But, Stella is so good.  She sees things over the long run and her accuracy is her greatest gift.  She will never loose her connection with common sense.  Nowadays, there are so mnay competing lifestlyes, it's hard to know what is real and what is not.  Stella has always known .

Dee and Denise - in response to your comments, the bonus points are still available. You simply need to contact Customer Service at 1-800-732-0797 at any time and they will gladly give you your current bonus points balance.

The feature for leaving individual advisor feedback is one we actually have been working on, and expect to have it live on the website before the end of the year. So please hang on a little longer and that option will soon be available for you!
