OUR PSYCHICS FAVORITE ROMANTIC PICKS

Click on any of the titles of the movies to learn more about the film!

Montana Sky (2007) - Kitty Lou, extension 7267.

“My favorite movie is Montana Sky. It shows how men use the wrong choices of words when in love. It makes the her think he’s just a smartass, while in reality he’s so in love with this tomboy. In the end her 2 sisters help her look like a sexy girl. On their first date they never make it out the door, they just stay in together. After months of arguing they finally rip each others clothes off and make love all night.”

Titanic (1997)Cher, extension 7345.

While You Were Sleeping (1995) - Moira, extension 7776.  "My favorite romantic movie is While You Were Sleeping. It was the year my husband and I got engaged!"

Edward Scissorhands (1990) – Cher, extension 7345

Love Story (1970) – Cher, extension 7345

The Notebook (2004)Cory, extension 7690.

“I'll begin and end with The Notebook for now. I mean what is there not to say about it? It has everything in it. So many stories. So many heartfelt moments. A romance that lingers in your heart beyond time and space. Actors that make every nuance felt. I can say it moved my heart to a place of knowing the bliss that arises when you're on the same page with someone and the passion is so strong, it literally bombards you so much so, you're overwhelmed beyond what is comprehensible. Time stops and you think you're not even breathing but you are. You're almost superhuman and a totally raw human all at once. If there is such a thing as an eclipse of the heart, this is where it is. It's that moment that seemed like hour; that passed before you knew it was the next day. There isn't a second that is boring, even if it is. You actually flinch and nothing even happened but for this fluttering heart that was full and pouring out freely with this great reflection of this other. It just feels so good!  Yes, I was talking about The Notebook and how it reminded me of those very same moments I've encountered too. So for Valentines day, that is often referred to as Love Day, see this movie!”

Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) – Cher, extension 7345

An Affair to Remember (1957) – Cher, extension 7345

The Red Violin (1998)Maxine, extension 7791.

“If I am going to watch a love story it has to have an edge to it. My favorite movie dealing with deep and passionate love is "The Red Violin." This story is told through the eyes of a tarot card reader. It is so deep and profound that you will want to watch it more than once. I really liked it because it is about losing a spouse and how the effect of this event transcends many lifetimes. It uncovers the mysteries of the red violin and why the karma attached to it can bring harm or in the end happiness to those who have the honor of encountering it”.

Gone with the Wind (1939) – Cher, extension 7345

Wuthering Heights (1939) – Cher, extension 7345

My favorite romantic movie is The Princess Bride.  Even though it has comedy and action too, I think of it mostly as the love story of Buttercup and Westley and it gets my heart everytime I watch it.
