Latest Update on Psychic Source Callback

I've received quite a number of questions and comments asking about the status of the Psychic Source Call Back feature that we first introduced last year and had to remove earlier this year.  I was waiting to post until I had something official to say, but I have just learned that Psychic Source has decided not to re-release Call Back at this time. 

 

After much discussion, we weighed this decision with feedback from our customers. The feedback was mixed with some customers loving it and others feeling challenged by it. Taking all comments into consideration, we elected to re-evaluate Call Back before releasing again. If this should change, we’ll keep you informed of its availability.

I am extremely dissapointed in this decision. I am a loyal customer and callback was my favorite feature. It was so convenient. I don't know about any of the other customers who have "complained" but I DO NOT have time to sit on the phone for hours dialing my favorite advisors extension over and over again. I have a job that I need to be up early for. Call back was convenient for me because I could do other things and get my call when the advisor was ready. I have heard that "customers" have complained because they were getting their callbacks in the middle of the night. If they did not want to get their calls in the middle of the night, they should have choosen a reasonable amount of hours to be available for callback. For example, do not choose unlimited when it's 9pm and they need to be in bed by 11. Not all advisors are on the same time zone and many DO get on after midnight. It's not their fault, if a person is still available, of course the system would call them. It is NOT fair that myself and thousands of other loyal customers have to suffer because of a persons lack of judgement. I have brought many people to this service and NONE of us are happy and it makes us not want to call simply because of the headache it takes to call. Especially when I only talk to Lisa because I adore her and she is always busy. Because of "technical difficulties" it took me 2 and a half hours to reach her once, with constant re-dialing of her extension. So a BIG thank you, or not, to those complaining.

I agree 1,000% percent with Carol.   I could have not said it any better myself.  I DO NOT understand why some people found it challenging????? It was such an EASY way to get to talk to my favorite readers.  Seems like some people are being babies and the rest of us have to suffer.

I am writing in regard of quality of service, or lack thereof to the loyal clients of Psychic Source. I have been a client for nearly two years, and up until now, I was very satisfied with all my readings, and more specifically, being able to connect with my favorite advisor, Lisa. To me, she is no longer an advisor but a real friend. She truly has been there for me thick and thin and I greatly appreciate all that she has done for me, she has been my rock and my strength to believe. I know that I am speaking for many when it comes to Lisa. However, I am GREATLY disappointed in Psychic Source in that it is now a task to be able to speak with her. More specifically, the pulling of the Call Back System. With the Call Back System, I was able to communicate with Lisa more often than not and at my own convenience within a specified set of hours. Now that the Call Back system is no longer feature and seems that will never resurface, it is now EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to be connected to Lisa, or anyone for that matter. Many people, including myself, work full-time jobs that are not the standard 9-5. We work long hours and therefore do NOT have the energy nor the time to dial an advisor’s extension with hopes of being connected.

I too am in total agreement with Carol.  Not only do I find it frustrating to sit dialing my favorite readers extension for hours but the anxiety that builds during this time is quite noticeable to the advisor once I finally do connect.  For months we were seeing notes that Call Back was going to be available again and now to be told it is totally off the table seems like a scam. I am completely disappointed with this decision and it has tainted my view of Psychic Source (the organization...NOT the advisors).

Same here!!!   I am a single mother of two very active boys and work full time, run a household with pets and travel between two cities to spend time with my fiance'.  I LOVED the call back!!!!  It was a way to  insure I spoke with MOIRA.  She is almost always busy with numerous callers waiting in the line up.  I DO NOT  have the time to wait on the phone on hold for her to become available.  The call back was a way for me to continue to MULTI-TASK while meditating on my concerns and waiting for my call back. PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK CALL BACK!!"

Our priority is to provide all customers effortless access to our first-class advisors.   We are aware of the benefits Call Back provided numerous Psychic Source customers.  However, we had to take into consideration all customer feedback.    While we know this has surely upset some of you, please know that we had to weigh the benefits and the challenges of Call Back. For some customers Call Back worked exactly as we had intended.  For many others we learned that they were being shut out of reading opportunities because they could never get into their favorite advisors Call Back queues. It was this type of experience that led us to the difficult decision to temporarily turn off the feature.  

There is hope! This does not mean the end of Call Back.  After we review customer needs and feature friendliness, it just might make a return.  In addition, we are in the process of researching and developing other features that are sure to offer you even greater connection certainty!  We will keep you apprised of any system or feature changes.    

I’d like to add a personal note here.  I have worked at Psychic Source for nearly 14 years.  The one thing I know for sure is that we can always rely on you for your feedback.  Sometimes it’s feedback that leaves us all puffed up and celebratory.  Other times it may leave us a bit deflated as we think we are making decisions that will benefit you positively, when all we have done is the opposite.   Whichever way you want to classify it, I speak on behalf of everyone who works here when I say that we are grateful to have customers who freely share their joys and frustrations with our service.  We hope that you will remain patient as we work to guarantee that all customers have the best Psychic Source experience possible.

I also miss call back, and wish it was available again..  I was so excited when it became available.  I never had a problem that was not fixable. If people are finding they are receiving their calls at odd times, they are not anwsering the question correctly as too how long they can be reached..  I don't have time like everyone else to sit and dial and re-dial an extention.. Please find away to bring back call back..

I strongly agree with all the above posts.  Most people don't have time to sit around for hours dialing an extension over and over.  I find it strange that it was removed because customers were having difficulties and recieving calls at unwanted times. I thought it was pretty straight forward. All they had to do was check the advisors schedule and set a time frame in which they would want to be called back. I'm also a little disappionted that the bonus points are not on the member page anymore.
