The Psychic Appreciation Week hoopla continues!  This time we’re talking about the Benefit of pressing the Star Key to end your readings! Star Rating is the name of our feature where you can rate your level of satisfaction with your reading. For those of you scratching your head, here’s the commercial.

When you have finished a reading, don’t hang up the phone, just press the Star (*) Key!   When you end your reading in this manner, you will be presented with an option to rate how satisfied you are with the quality of the reading.  You have the option to rate your reading on a scale of 1 through 5: 1 being least satisfied and 5 being extremely satisfied.   

We know the reading experience can be subjective, my favorite Advisor may not be your favorite, or you have different Advisors for different needs; the list could go on!  However, by offering you the opportunity to provide instant feedback about your overall experience and how you relate to that experience says a great deal about your level of satisfaction. Star Rating can help you and your fellow Psychic Source customers find Advisors and make lasting connections.

1.    Press the star key when you have decided to end your reading;

2.    Follow the simple prompts to complete the disconnection and provide a rating;

3.    Press the corresponding button on your touch-tone phone to rate your reading experience;

4.    Get another reading with one of our excellent Advisors!
